1) When will you reply once I inqured?

We always promise to reply our customers within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

2)What about the sample cost and delivery?

a: For the new customer, as common practice, we take sample charges . As we have to

specify people to arrange samples and do the record. When customers confirmed our

quality and make the mass order, we promise to deduct the sample cost from the mass

order.

For the regular customer, the samples are usually of free charge except some special

conditions.

b: sample delivery charge can be freight collect or prepaid. It depends on customers’

conveniences.

3) Can I have the price list for all your products?

As our company deals with with car accessories, lock and tools, and each category include

so many models, it is hard for us to give all the prices for you. Specific requirement will be

more effective.

4) Does your company give any discount when my order becomes bigger?

Yes, of course. We always offer according to our customer’s quantity.
